Property income, without the deed.

Capital goes into income-producing buildings — rent coming in, value going up. Your share of the yield is credited to your balance daily for the length of your term.

What this is

What you're actually buying

Property tends to pay twice: rent while you hold it, and value when it's eventually sold. This package gives you that exposure without tenants, repairs or agents landing on your desk — the deals are run by our people, and the yield comes to you.

Bricks that pay rent

Your side of the capital sits in residential and commercial buildings bought for their rental income, not for a quick flip.

Spread, not staked
How it's structured

Spread, not staked

One building ties up a lot of cash and one empty unit can ruin a year. The package holds a mix of positions so no single address carries your term.

Yield daily, exit on schedule

Rental income is credited to your balance each day, and the principal comes back to you when the term matures.

Deals are sourced, checked and exited by the desk — never handed back to you.
In detail

What the buildings actually do

Every position starts with a property bought for yield — blocks with tenants already in them, commercial units on leases, buildings in districts where rental demand doesn't vanish overnight. Rent collects on the outside; on your side of it, that shows up as a daily credit for the length of your term.

Acquisition, management and the eventual sale are all handled by our people. What you see is the position, the term and the rate — no maintenance calls, no agents, no messages about a boiler at midnight.

  • Rental yield and resale value both work for the term, not just one of them
  • Vacancies and repairs are absorbed by the portfolio, not billed to your balance
  • Principal returns at maturity — extend into the next term if you'd rather stay in
Getting started

Three steps, then it runs

No paperwork to begin with. Most investors are funded and holding a package the same afternoon they sign up.

Open the account

Name, email, password — a couple of minutes and your dashboard is live. Confirm the email and you can fund it straight away.

Fund it

Deposit from a wallet or a bank transfer. The minimum starts at $200 and the balance shows as soon as the transfer clears.

Choose a package

Pick the term and daily rate that suit you. Returns start accruing the next day — withdraw them or fold them back into the plan.

§

Capital at risk. Property values and rental income both move, and returns quoted per day are not guaranteed. Funds committed to a term should be left until it ends. Check the rules and taxes in your country before investing.

Ready when you are

Registration is free. Fund the account when you're comfortable — there's no minimum balance to keep it open.
